Payment:	Net 30 with credit approval on at least 3 references. VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, or AMERICAN EXPRESS on all other accounts. 1.5% service charge per month on all past due accounts. All additional legal and/or collection fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
Claims:	Notify within 5 days of damage or shortage.
Order Policy:	$150 minimum opening order. Reorders, no minimum.
Shipping:	UPS Ground, or Postal Service Priority, unless requested otherwise.
Returns:	10% restock fee on all returned merchandise. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
